Hostel Grand Place in , Belgium

Nice hostel, nice situation. Just annoying to go and check away. The hostel is still under construction but it is not a problem at all. It is clean and confortable. It is nice to have a kitchen Mélanie, from France ~ 15th Apr 2013

O barato acaba saindo caro. O hotel não tem equipe, sendo necessario realizar o check in em outro hotel que fica a mais de 10 minutos de distancia a pé. No check out não é possivel deixar as malas no hotel, sendo necessario, ou caminhar mais de 10 minutos para deixar no outro (este que também não tem recepção 24 horas e tem intervalos sem ninguém, quando sequer é possivel entrar pois nao tem quem abra a porta) ou deixar na estação de trem pagando. the location is very good. grand place is right next to the hostel now they have an elavator but it is unconvenient to check in at another place INHYE, from South Korea ~ 2nd Apr 2013

Be advised that the check-in and baggage storage is located MANY blocks away from where you actually stay, at another hostel that owns this one. The accomodations themselves are so-so. The sleeping area was clean but cramped. The commons area lacked comfortable chairs and good light for reading. The location, however, was superb: literally right around the corner from the Grand Place. That was the only upside, though. James, from USA ~ 7th Feb 2013

The check-in is like a joke. Is not in the same hostel(10 min walk) and it's impossible to make it during the morning! I had to change my afternoon plans because this reason... More bad points: At 11:00 o'clock inthe morning there wasn't hot water in the shower.. Quite disapointed about that... The room was good and clean, also the location and the price were good. Worst Hostel I've ever been in my entire life. We ran out of light. Do not we like brushing teeth, bathing, taking coffee, we claim due to lack of energy and the only thing the receptionist told us that it was not her fault. Not even returned in 50% of the value ultimately paid for all services and I did not have hardly anything.. Poor the worst Hostel, never point out a friend. It's the best hostel we've stayed in. We really loved it. There's nothing much to say, everything was perfect. Cleanliness is one of the minimum expected things from a hostel, this one has it all.
