I was pretty disappointed with the lack of help I got from the staff. There was not much initiation on arrival, useful things such as wifi passwords, towel hire, general things the staff should go through when a new person arrives and NO MAP! It's so hard to get around a city without one and they didn't offer any advice on where to get one. The man with long dreadlocks was nice, but the other two staff members unhelpful. Also, shower was not always hot. Drinking water not available in the h Alexandra, from Australia ~ 2nd Dec 2011

a bit boring maybe, in the sense that it is not a place where to have fun... but it is a nice place where to stay while touristing around the DF, staff is gentle, and i met nice people in there. José, from Chile ~ 3rd Aug 2011

only negative point: no lockers. only reception can put stuff away in one locker from 8am to 8pm. rest good value for money. very chillout atmosphere! Andre, from Germany ~ 15th Jul 2011

It was a good area of town. The buzzing from the door at night could be a little annoying, but I was at the far room so it didn't bother me too much.I didn't see any "luggage storage" as hostels.com mentions, in less the floor next to the bed is what they mean. Also there is no TV at all (which I don't mind, but another misconception from hostels.com).My computer for whatever reason didn't pick up the wifi signal there, but other people's did so I blame my computer on that even tho it works at Dustin, from USA ~ 23rd Jun 2011
