Really nice and sweet place. The only thing I would complain is that rooms were hardly separated from hallways and public area, so the night I stayed, a girl chatted till midnight with multiple people, it was impossible to get any sleep as any single word of their conversations could be heard extremely clearly....and it was more than a disaster for me cuz need to get up 6am next day..... I was ambushed by a virus while staying here, and the kindness displayed by the staff was very much appreciated. A big comfort to know they were keeping an eye out for me. Also, you have never seen such a well stocked communal kitchen. Brilliant! Tessa, from Australia ~ 14th Jan 2012

We got there later than expected and the owner was waiting for us, commenting that she was wondering where her wayward travelers had gotten to.She showed better customer service than many brand name hotels I regularly stay at in the States.The room was clean, warm and inviting.The staff was wonderful.If/when I come back this is where I will stay. The hotel is very nice and also very clean. It is very close to all the visiting places. But you have to attention that the 10% deposit, when you book the hotel online, will not give back to you.
