The room was beautiful, everything was spotless and the hostess was very nice and helpful. The hostel is near the center of the city, 10 min walk, and you will be given a map from the hostess with instructions how to get anywhere you want. Overall, I am very satisfied with Hostel Podbara. Treated like a long lost friend rather than a customer!The taxi from the train station should cost 1.5 euros but the driver charged us 5 euros! The hostel host talked to the driver on the return trip and made sure we weren't ripped off again. Victoria, from Australia ~ 7th Sep 2011
