Don't expect a nice modern hostel, this place is an old dormitory. The bathroom is a bunch of toilet seats and shower stalls, unpleasant and too small for the number of guests. In a room for 4 persons there was only one electric socket. The location is nice (walking distance from many interesting places to see), but the hostel itself is rather sad. the staff was very very nice, very helpful and friendly. but the hostel was terrible. depressing looking. no hot showers. cold rooms. wifi always turning off, or resetting. on a depressing looking street. i would recommend paying a few extra euro for a more enjoyable stay. There are old beds with run down mattresses (they are excessively soft which might be a problem in the summer as they do not have an air conditioning). They also have extremely stupid thing- emergency light in the room, you cannot turn it off at night and I was too tired to realize to cover it with some paper or tee shirt. It's a bit far away form the city centre, but it's a good distance to walk. They have a really good kitchen and a big sallon with a lot of tables and a tv, where you can eat and hang out. They had computers, and not only wifi. The staff was amazing, helped us to talk with our hostel in Venice an let us put our stuff there without paying in the last day. The only thing is that was really hot and not really a air conditioned or a good ventilator working. Sleep was almost impossible. Joana, from Brazil ~ 29th Jun 2012
