Since I read the reviews I was prepared for the reception in the restaurant, people entering the bedroom in the middle of the night, the chinese lady...so it wasn't that terrible! In fact, for the price I found it quite good. And I think they are aware of the bad reviews so they try to do it better. As a tip, be patient with the chinese lady I think her main problem is communication, but the rest of the staff will help you a lot! DEBORA, from Chile ~ 24th Sep 2012

Good hotel, simple but delicious breakfast (italian coffee and croissants... mhh). The staff is a bit peculiar, but with a friendly smile and positive approach will be nice and forthcoming in return. Only minus: we stayed 5 nights and got one change of towels (in a heatwave week),would have been nice had they changed them more frequently. But overall: good choice, happy we stayed there! The hostel check in was in a restaurant 6 blocks from the hostel. There was no hot water or lockers. The check out process was a guy sleeping in the common space. They allowed people to check in as late as 1:30am, which made it impossible to sleep since they kept turning on the lights. The room was not really big enough for the number of people staying there. There was only one outlet over two of the beds, so not everyone had access to it. The wifi didn't work. The only positive to the place wa Eleonore, from USA ~ 21st Jun 2012
