If there could be night security and more bathrooms that would be nice.There was a bad smell in the room but I think it was from outside.The staff was great and very helpful and friendly!Great location too! Kelsey, from USA ~ 9th May 2012

Quite a walk from the central train station in Florence if you're dragging luggages and carrying backpacks, however, still manageable. The problem wasn't in finding the street but finding the unit number. Because the unit numbers in Florence have a red/blue/black system, which is confusing and doesn't run consecutively, we took a while to realize we had past the unit. Overall, nice, clean environment with clean sheets and bedroom, but one bathroom to share with 14 people is too much. Samantha, from Singapore ~ 24th Apr 2012

The owner was very kind in helping us, it's ok if you need a place where to sleep quite cheap. In our floor there was only a bathroom for 4 rooms and it was a problem to use it. The location is great, close to Piazza Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. Michele, from Italy ~ 4th Apr 2012

It is the worst hostel that I've ever stayed in my life! Sheet was covered dust and hairs.The duvet is even worse!! The staff told me he washed them only once in a year!! It is not kidding!! The room I stayed used to be a kitchen soso no radiator, extreamly freezing.I found out heater under the sink, which is making lots of bacteria Reception is not 24 hours, you have to make an appointment to keep your luggage cos only one person is working. A nice place to stay, great location and peaceful character. The host very nice. There was a fridge, which was an advantage, but could also do with a kettle. One sink was unfortunately blocked and bidets could be cleaned more often. Generally recommendable. Michał, from Poland ~ 31st Oct 2011

The location was really good within the centrale of florence. The room was abit small with the four bed and one of it was spoilt but the staff fixed it nonetheless.Half way through it broke again, but did not want to disturb him so just shared bed.
