First we were taken to other building, not that where the office is. The shower was on balkong and there was no place where change clothes. The apartment was divided in to several rooms and in one of those lived some people permamently. They cooked and eaven sing there six in the morning.

This was a great hostel in a great location. There are two locations-- one next to the MRT and one down the block. We were in the one next to the MRT. The lady was extremely nice and accommodating. The day we arrived, she sat down with up and located all the sights we wanted to see, the MRT location, Bus number, times open, etc. There were computers with internet to use for free, drinking water, fairly comfortable hostel. The lady's english wasn't to good though, so some chinese skills would be

I Just cant Explain my first experience at TaiwanMex, It was simply amazing. At such a cheap rate , i could get all the facilities of any "3"Star hotel :-).........The Lady Manager has become my best friend in Taipei........as she always explained me how to go different places in d city as itz a big language prob der........... Simpy I Just Loved TaiwanMex...........Itz a Lovely Place to live.

Raul is a great guy-- genuine and helpful. I stayed in TaiwanMex Two. Fantastic location for a tourist. The showers are on the roof, but they work reasonably well. I felt really comfortable there. The blaring tv (almost constant) in the living area and the bratty kid (who I think was only there on a weekend morning) were the only drawbacks.

Taipei is great place to visit, and the location of Taiwanmex is great. It's not far from Taipei Main Station.

The staffs are great and the location is convenient. Free laundry but had some stuff stolen while drying on the balcony. Quality of the room fits the price. However, it's got all the essentials - AC, free Wifi, etc.

The friendly and helpful staff at Taiwanmex had indeed made my stay there a comfortable one... The place was cozy and homey... for the price it offered, i couldn't ask for more =)
