The hostel location is just really good .... overall its a great place to stay .. secure, clean and good atmosphere. The staff at times can seem to be uninterested in attending to you ... but besides that part i have only positive things to say.. for the price, its definitely worth it. Its a great place bunks are clean and comfortable enough. If your very tall you may have your feet off the end. NO KITCHEN and eating in Amsterdam gets expensive. Location is great, aside from the church bells at all hours of the day, i couldn't really understand the bells. They do not ring on the the quarter hour. 5% credit-card charge!!!! Something went wrong with those guys. I've never faced such a high rate at a "hotel". Booked 8-people room - got 10-people room.
