Check out is 11am. I was in my room at 9:45am. Two male custodians and one female came into the room unannounced and began stripping the beds, while I was still in the room getting ready. I asked if they could wait until I was out of the room they stopped and remained in the room , watching me until I packed up my belongings and moved to the bathroom to continue getting ready. I found this situation to be rude and intrusive. Everything else was fine, but this put a bad taste in my mouth. Brenna, from USA ~ 22nd May 2012

This was really the best hostel I've ever been. I can just recommend to everyone going there. The only small downside is, that it is a little bit far away located from downtown. Hostels need to be cheaper than hotels and need to be flexible in something. International Hostelling is very good but, is very expensive. Check in just at 3pm and entrance just 4pm is very bad! Nice Hostel but it's BIG! To big if you want the Hostel feeling. Big, clean kitchen, tv room, laundry room, everything you need. Close to the subway and Central Park. A lot of noisie school kids. Saga, from Sweden ~ 19th Apr 2012
