Very helpfull and friendly staff. Clean rooms, beds with comfortable mattresses. Extremely quite at night, even at the very foot of Montmartre. Everything is a little bit small, but for me that added something to the special atmosphere. Everything you need is just around the corner: Metro, Supermarket, Bakeries... BAD BEHAVIOR FROM THE HOTEL MANAGER... My booking at hostels.com took place on 25/02/2012 and I booked to stay to the hotel on 28-30/3/2012 (2 nights) After arriving at reception, it was initially announced to us that due to the fact that "hostels.com" send our reservation very late to the hotel, they have no rooms for us! I found that impossible, as I have booked 1 month before (!) and never have in the past problems with web-booking in hotels/hostels. If you are on a budget, go for it. I was looking for an average hotel right in the middle of Montmartre at a resonable price. This hotel suited those requirements and I had no problem with the staff, accomodation or cleanliness. The owner's daughter is fluent in English and always ready to help. She was instrumental in setting up my transfers from and to the airport. Breakfast is very simple but with so many boulangeries in the area that was not really a problem. I like the hotel. I feel safe because there're women who're in charge and it's a family business (I have to admite that I don't feel safe and comfortable with hostels where men're in charge). Also, it's located at a good location not far from metro and easy to find foods and supermarket. Only thing that I have to comment is about bathroom. The water was too hot that time and couldn't be adjusted so I had to take a shower in another room instead. But for sure, I will stay here again NUCHJAREE, from Thailand ~ 21st Dec 2011

The hallways are very small, along with the elevator.The room was a decent size but the place is fairly run down and could use some updating.The breakfast included leaves much to be desired.The coffee is not good, go out and get some from a shop near by.If we went back to Paris we would not be staying here but for a last minute deal it was a decent deal.
