The location is allright and I stayed here for one night. If U dont have to high demands Hotel chuo is a good place to stay a couple of nights. Dont expect the cleanest place thou! Jonathan, from Sweden ~ 4th May 2012

Cheap, clean, might be a bit noise. But staff is very nice, coffee is for free and it is a very good starting point for sightseeing. Would stay there again! Daniel, from Germany ~ 11th Oct 2011

Very cheap and confortable room, a little bit old so the first time we didn't have air conditionner but it get fixed on the 2nd day. The bad points I think are that the bathroom is only at the first floor (we were 9th floor so we spend a lot of time in the elevator) and the staff is not as polite as we can suppose from Japaneses.
