I´m very disappointed! The booking was confirmed and 10% was taken from my account. Upon arrival in Leuven the hotel was closed, no sign of life. We rang all the door bells and out of a sudden the front door opened, but that was it. Nobody showed up and we have never seen or spoken somebody either. Reception door was closed and locked as well. First day no hot water but it was Friday 13th... One of my friends was in single room and shower was at different floor but overall everything went well, staff could even speak good french when we checked in. Perfect for short stay, just opposite train station, and very quiet. Coraline, from France ~ 14th May 2011
