Hotel Le Grillon in Milan, Francie

This was a great, affordable place to stay.It was super close to the train and within a good walking distance of the town center.The staff is also super nice and helpful.We had to have our room switched and ended up with a better deal than what we had started out with because of the confusion. This is an older hotel with good renovations. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. My only complaint was the handicap facilities. Hotel has four floors and the elevator went only to the third forcing a handicapped person to walk up the last flight of narrow stairs. Had I known about this I may have opted for a more expensive room on the lower floor. This information was not listed in the hotel description. it was a very quiet room, that was perfect! Needs to be said that there were very few people staying over at that time. The bed was too short for a 1 meter 80 person like me. The bathroom was even smaller! Not comfortable at all. maartje, from Netherlands ~ 9th Nov 2011
