The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The room is complete and the bathroom is very clean. It has a lot in the room heaters which allowed to stay in a very warm! Although the alarm when off, due to a customer not following the regulations, the staff including the cleaners where wonderful! Service was their main concern, and they were swift to listening, helping, and correcting any mistakes.
