We got a reservation there, but they said us it about overbooking only sending a mail when it was too late for us to read it, due we were arrived already in Stockolm! So we had known about the situation once we went to hotel in the evening and we found the entrance itself completely closed!We called many times the only one phone number we had and "who assisted" us told we have been moved to another hostel on the other side of the city!Really sad assistance! marco, from Italy ~ 6th Sep 2011
