Na primeira noite, apesar o calor infernal, o ar condicionando não estava funcionando. Mesmo reclamando, só foi consertado na última noite. Além disso, o elevador também não estava funcionando. Tivemos que "escalar" com as malas nas costas. Se isto não bastasse, fomos super mal tratados por uma funcionária que parece trabalhar no turno da manhã. Ela ameaçou, de maneira super grossa, nos cobrar uma outra reserva que supostamente tínhamos feito. Mesmo descobrindo o erro, não se des André, from Brazil ~ 21st Jun 2012

Good shower! Excellent (seriously) location. Breakfast was good, but a tad pricy. Wifi available in the rooms, HALELUJAH! The staff made a mistake with our booking, however, and threw all mine and my companion's luggage into bags and out of the room after our first night, even though we had it booked for two nights... so that was kind of annoying... Decent hostel, location was good.Our group had two different reservations and the staff messed them up, so that was annoying.This hostel is nothing spectacular, and if there is anything weird about your reservation, make sure you tell the staff. MATTHEW, from USA ~ 27th May 2012

A really good hostel in a great location literally right next to the main train station, maybe a minute walk. Good friendly staff, good atmosphere, comfortable beds, and a good price. The breakfast was not included but the price was on the lower side as far as hostel breakfasts go but the quality was much higher than most hostel breakfasts.
