Danny is the best security in town, Leah is just the best, as she'll make you feel as if you are a long lost relative! And she'll introduce you to the other guests, which means you'll meet lots of international visitors! Make sure you ask Danny about his Self Defense classes, very good!! And he doesn't mind a game of basket ball either.. -) The hostel is in a stunning area of Houston and very close to downtown Houston! I stayed in the Chicago room: I'd stay there again anytime! We highly recommend this place for everyone looking for accomodation downtown Houston. We felt very welcomed and the hosts are extremely nice and helpful. For the cheap price we didn't really have any expectations but this place was beyond awesome. Our room was clean and had everything we could ask for, same for the bathroom (that we shared with one other person). This a greeat little place in an excellent location run by an extremely nice welcoming couple. Nothing bad to say about this place, we arrived pretty late an were given a fantastic welcome with lots of advice on where to go. Very nice people and a great place to stay. Felt very welcome and was given loads of information about things to do around town.
