Journeys King's Cross Hostel in Berlin, Anglie

Great location, just a few minutes' walk away from King's Cross station, which is helpful if you have a train that leaves before public transportation starts running. Hostel was nice. My only complaint was that it was quite loud until late at night. Jennifer, from USA ~ 9th Apr 2012

I was told that I could no use the Womens showers and to go downstairs to use the unisex bathroom because they were putting chemicals on the womens showers floor. This was at 9am in the morning so why they decided to do it then, beats me. The sinks were to small to wash your face in them, ended up with water all over the floor. The staff were not helpful. When I first walked in, sweating and tired and with a heavy backpack, the guy at the front told me to hold on while he talked with someone.

Dear customer, we are really sorry to hear what you say about our staff members. We try to help our guests as much as we can. Regarding the showers issue, we need to clean the showers and bathrooms several times per day to keep them at a decent standard, even though that might infer sometimes with someone's schedules. Accept our apologies for not welcoming you properly. Hopefully you will come back one day to give us the opportunity to change the impression we made on you. Thanks for reviewing.
