Great place the staff is friendly and helpful. They did have a group of German teenagers there so it was loud but through no fault of the hostels, except I wish I had known they had the teens there. Jason, from USA ~ 29th May 2013

Kitchen is small, rooms are close together and very noisy.Rooms were also very cold.The breakfast that was included was very minimal (white toast and jam).There is no real lounge area to hang out and meet other people and the internet connection in the rooms are dodgey.Great location with many restaurants and all the museums nearby.Also close to good shopping area.Everything is within 20 minute walk. The Staff is VERY friendly and helpful! Talk with them and do your best to speak Spanish with them, they'll appreciate it even if you suck (and then they'll teach you a few words or how to pronounce the r correctly). I lived there for almost a week and then left because I had found an apartment, but had a traumatic experience with a crazy roommate so left, and I was warmly welcomed and helped by the staff and other travelers at the hostal.
