The biggest worry would be that there is no staff to ensure security. None of the rooms have locks and the main door is locked by a simple combination lock that could be easily obtained. Shaun, from Singapore ~ 31st Mar 2012

The overall is quite good, very nice location (3 mins from train station),having no staffs is a very interesting experience. However, all the heating system was off in the midnight and we didn't know it couldn't be turned on until the next morning we were told by the owner,basically it was pretty cold over night because there was no heating. Very Nice n Clean Hostel, With calm n friendly environment...Opportuity to make new friends.....Good location i.e. with in the city centre,, also the grt Windermere Lake is by a walking distance.....Wld definitley recommend to stay in.....Zafar Ali, Katlang, Mardan, KpK, Pakistan Zafar, from Pakistan ~ 2nd Sep 2011

Very very close to train station & supermarket & bus stop & tour agent. Free breakfast. Clean room & shower. I think they don't have WiFi though, but they have computer with internet. A pound for a half hour or computer use is a bit much. They changed the door code without telling anyone, and the staff don't actually live or even go to the building much, so it was up to the renters to go let in perfect strangers and hope they don't take your stuff.
