Best hostel ever - very friendly stuff during the day and the night. Delicous pancakes for breakfast, very clean. Stuff is very Patient if ths guest tra to speak the Portugues language :-) Andrea, from Germany ~ 9th May 2013

one of staffs who is in charge of night time with beard was extremely nice! he was willing to help whenever i had questions facilities there were quite clean and i really love pancakes which were made by lady at the hostel. overall it's great for value for money. i would love to recommend it to others. unnim, from South Korea ~ 18th Dec 2012

Super super nice hostel with amazing staff. The beds and bathrooms are immaculately clean and everything is withing close walking distance of the center. Rafael, who works at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and spent over an hour answering all my questions and getting me oriented. Also, they serve FREE FOOD! The owner made an amazing bean soup one day and served it for free to all the people at the hostel, and the next day she did the same, only with milkshakes. Best hostel in Lisboa! My girlfriend and I stayed two nights at this hostel and loved it!I am a hostel person, I like interacting with travelers and enjoy the atmosphere.My girlfriend is more of a hotel person, but after checking in she was very glad I chose a hostel for Lisbon.Ricardo met us at the door and was EXTREMELY kind and helpful.He gave us a map with ideas of what to see and where to go.He showed us around the facilities, even showing us how to use our keys and did my laundry (for a 8 euro fee). steven, from USA ~ 6th Oct 2012

The staff were warm, welcoming and well informed. I have travelled for many years and this was possibly the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at.
