I enjoy our really short but extremly good time in lollies homestay. We slept in the egypt room and we like this high bed and the near to the bathroom. The stuff was easy going, down on earth and friendly. Overall you can read funny sentences like (please clean up you´re dishes otherway we play hanna montanna the whole day) ) it was very quit in the night. Sleeping was good although there was a good life on the streets. The area is great. Alternative and artfull. Sightseeing is possible!!! katharina, from Germany ~ 10th Dec 2011

Lollis was amazing. There was a free vegetarian dinner the night I stayed & the people that work there are incredibly helpful & friendly. The location is in a great spot in Neustadt & there are lots of cafes, unique shops & pubs around. The character of the place is unlike any other place I have stayed. Feels like home! Great hostel! Cozy place with friendly staff. As a single female traveler, I stayed in the womens' dorm. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The other guests were friendly and relaxed. I would recommend this for small groups or single travelers. zhuoya, from Canada ~ 5th Oct 2011

In four months of travelling, this was one of our favorite hostels. The common areas are very welcoming, communal, and comfortable, and there's an activity (dinner, bbq, etc.) every weeknight that brings together the guests. They're also very generous, freely lending bikes, laptops, hiking maps, and anything else.
