Staff was helpful. Breakfast was included in the stay. The rooms were super packed, one shower per floor, toilets were ok, and the atmosphrere was dead. Enoc, from USA ~ 23rd Mar 2013

stayed there for 2 nights. Hostel was easy to get to from the tube (piccadilly line) but room extra small (i stayed in a 6 female dorm) - room was smaller than my bathroom but with 6 beds in it. I missed the breakfast on both occasions as it's served until 9am only (missed it by 2 minutes both times). Atmosphere wasn't great and a bit impersonal. Wifi isn't very strong when you're on the third floor. Main area is incredibly warm and gross smelling as they don't air it out. Otherwise, it's a pretty decent place if you're just looking to lay your head. Dennis, from Canada ~ 15th Aug 2012

A good hostel in a very quiet street, close to tube stations and the southbank. The rooms are clean but there could be more toilets available. The facilities are good and work: kitchen, TV, and WORKING INTERNET COMPUTER. There are snacks available, and breakfast is included. The highlight of this place is the staff: very nice, helpful. Overall, not an ultra memorable place (not Cardiff's backpackers!), but a reliable, friendly and cheap one. Veronique, from France ~ 15th Jul 2012
