The family who owns the place, is very very nice, and very helpfull. But if you are going there to be at the beach and maybe swim in the ocean, this is not the place you wanna go. It is a very relaxing place, but the facilities outside make you want to sit inside instead. The view is quite okay, but the beach is not as soft and comfotable as some of the other ones. Jonas V. They did their best to keep facilities in take, I just regret that I picked the lower price room, the sewer backup a bit, otherwise the beach right in front of your eyes is no comparison, beautiful scenery. The village is at the stage of tearing down and rebuilding, but the remote site of this beach is nice and quiet. Bauhua, from USA ~ 20th Feb 2013

This is the best value hostel in Sanya. The location is amazing, just 80 yards or so from one of the best beaches in China, and you really can't beat the atmosphere a very friendly staff, a nice courtyard/patio area, and a reasonably priced bar and restauraunt (relative to the rest of Sanya) open 24 hours. The staff can also help you book flights or train tickets as well as help you organize tours. (I highly recommend a tour to wuzhizhou island). The hostel is situated right at the beach front and it it a perfect place for economical sea related activities. However this hosel is hard to find, it is situated in a village and the 200 meters walkway entrance to the hostel is dirty and dark. Hostel owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of where to go and what to do. We went during the low seasons, the rate is not that great compared to the discounted rate of 5 star hotel in Sanya.
