Low Cost Inn Faro in Cape Town, Portugal

Good location and helpful staff but the hostel is lacking lots when it comes to offer you at least a pleasant night. The hostel is too small, thus lots of noise at night from people knocking on the door, the WC were not properly cleaned, I had a poor experience here sadly. Ok it's cheap, but does that mean they can walk you to the room andpoint out your bed which eventually turned out to be a triple (!) booked bed? The answer from the staff was: can't you just find another bed? I wish it'd been that easy if there weren't bags all over and impossible to see which were available. Of course the one I chose was occupied, a night without any sleep. I recommend the airport instead of this place. The toilet had no door as well, enough said. Erik, from Sweden ~ 18th Aug 2011

Check-in was only after 3pm. We could leave our luggage in an open non secured room, where anyone could get to it. Staff was friendly. Our room was dirty, bathroom probably never cleaned.. Otherwise good location and an OK place to spend a night. Ziva, from Slovenia ~ 17th Aug 2011
