Like a hospital, but in a good way. Super clean everywhere. The beds are super stable, so if the person above you is moving you don't feel it. Having an en suite makes a huge difference. Good position for sight seeing but not for partying or shopping. If you're looking to go to all the museums you can't really do much better if it's in your budget. Joe, from England ~ 1st Nov 2012

Very good service, but one problem is no free wifi in the lobby, nor the room. And you must have you own padlock to the locker in the room, or take from the reception desk for 5 GBP refundable deposit. You simply can't beat the location of this hostelright next to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert, a short walk to Kensington Gardens, and a block from the Glouchester Road tube stationwhich will take you straight to either Heathrow or St Pancras. There's also a Tescos and a Boots near the tube, for cheap eats and pharmacy. The room I had was spartan but clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for such a busy street corner. This hostel is very well located and it worth the money becouse is nearby the museums and like 5 minutes from the hyde park and also from the underground. The only bad thing is that the internet wifi is incredibly expensive, so you could be incommunicate. marco, from Mexico ~ 5th Aug 2012
