The security of the hostel is really good, you need your card to go everywhere. But your card can take up to 5 minutes to open a door!!!! They need to change the cards or the door.....The staff is not always helpfull. Good location. Valerie, from Canada ~ 17th Aug 2011

Not too bad for a big hostel but it lacks effort towards encouraging activities and social interaction. If your traveling with a group and want a place to laze about the pool and drink perfect but if your solo it can be a little boring. John, from Australia ~ 12th May 2012

The staff in general were jaded and less than friendly, except the irish/scottish guy that was on night duty was extremely helpful and accomodating.I was originally in a 6 bed female dorm and the 3 english girls living there for over 1.5 months were filthy and inconsiderate of other guests.Their late night noise and their filth were not regulated in any way, which is concerning as a serious safety issue & obvious the cleaners had not been through that room since their arrival.
