Hotel staff were extremely rude and condescending to us for some inexplicable reason. Aside from that, room was clean and had great amenities like a fridge and microwave. Shared toilets were also 100% clean every time we went to use them, fantastic dedication by the cleaning staff. A few showers were broken, but no big deal as there are so many available, so it's just a matter of trying a few more till you find one that works. Great base for us kiwis wanting to explore the huge crazy city of Sa Craig, from New Zealand ~ 19th Oct 2011

My sister and I shared a small private room.The room was definitely small, but very clean and nice.For the price, I was very impressed.The shared restrooms and showers were extremely clean and well kept.Also, there was a tv, microwave, and fridge in the room!! What a treat!I would definitely recommend this place to any college aged person.The only negative was that it was a little loud outside, but with the window shut, it was okay. I've been in many hostels..this is not a Hostel! :D but was very nice and clean..great position..staff was not very good in giving informations..no parking.. carmelo, from Italy ~ 26th Jul 2011

It was very clean and I was very happy overall. One suggestion would be to put soap and cloth towels in the bathrooms with sinks so guests don't have to go back to their rooms to wash their hands. Stacie, from USA ~ 1st Jul 2011
