Compared to Hostels in the countryside, this hostel is dirty (I\'m not sure about other hostels in big cities in Japan). Location is good, but overall the common area is poor, bedrooms, kitchen and social area are dirty. Staff is great tough very helpful. We had the private room tatami on the floor (very dirty) and beds looked like the sheets haven\'t been changed. Eduardo, from Brazil ~ 18th May 2012

The facility looks really cheap overall.The lockers in the room are terrible, it can be break into by anyone with a travel tool set.The bed curtain hangers are make by some wire. Ru, from USA ~ 28th May 2012

Great location to Namba area. Good value, but there are steep stairs to walk up and down for the kitchen, shower, and common room. The WiFi comes and goes, but it is free. I would definitely stay there again. Dannielle, from Canada ~ 31st Mar 2012
