The staff here really make the experience. The staff were extremely helpful with planning activities during our stay and even accommodated us for a few hours in the middle of the night after arriving back on a night bus and having nowhere to stay. Anton, from USA ~ 11th Feb 2013

It's a little hard to find because there is no sign on the outside of the building, only an address.There was a security guard for the building who helped us find the hostel.The neighborhood seems a little sketchy at night, but there are lots of guards at the businesses. OMP is my go-to place in Manila hot showers, clean beds, friendly staff, central location. What more can you ask for?The staff is friendly and competent and the facilities are kept in pristine condition a true rarity when it comes to Manila hostels.Be sure to bring an extra pair of earplugs and a towel, as the surrounding clubs on Makati can get noisy and towels are only available for a fee.Hands down the best hostel in Manila.Thanks OMP! The Our Melting Pot is one of the best hostels I ever stayed in. The time I was there, the hostel had a variety of guests who were entertaining and interesting. Consequently, we had a lot of fun. Great hostel in a reasonably safe area of the city.Good clear directions.The staff are really friendly, helpful and make sure you get a good deal.There is oner problem, however, and that is that a very loud club is located opposite the sound of which comes into the dorm rooms.It would be perfect otherwise.
