All the showers on my floor (6th) were broken and there was only one working toilet which had to be shared by 80 people. There was no curtain in the room so you'll wake up to the sun shining on your face at 5 AM. The people at the reception were indifferent and didn't really bother to assist you. Check in took me about 45 minutes as there was a HUGE line and not enough staff to help. The place feels like a penitentiary. Don't be fooled by the website photos!

This was probably one of my favorite hostels during my backpacking trip in Europe do to the fact that everything is within walking distance of the place.
The people are friendly as the beds arent bad at all. The morning breakfast is cheap and same with the internet. Probably the cheapest internet we found the entire trip.
Overall I wish there were more like this spread through Europe.

El somier de la habitación estaba roto y después de 2 semanas aún me duele la espalda. No había agua caliente, a veces ni agua y dentro de la habitación no teníamos electricidad en los enchufes. Lo mejor sin duda es la localización. Es el único sitio donde alguien nos ha hablado en castellano.

great guy the one for, the ticket room, but the rest should go to work somewhere else, not touristic, 7 floors, no lift, if you dont mind to take a 2 metro stqtion trip every day, pic any else hostel

The place was great, but when we told the girl at the desk we needed to go to Heathrow she put us on the shuttle to another airport! and they dont even have a shuttle to Heathrow! Other than that great place!

Really noisy room, in room lock ups were not very secure - one in our room had the door ripped off, and it was just sitting on the floor. The location is great though and it was within walking distance of lots of major areas, monuments and museums.

Cleanliness could be better, specially in the rooms, sometimes there are bedbugs.. you should do something about that, though this hostel is not very expensive, that does not mean that you should not take care of the general aspect of the place. Some staff members could be more polite.. thank you
