Great hostel, secure, and in an awesome part of Cusco (San Blas) that's much more intimate.They have lots of movies and books, and some games.The breakfast is great.There's a really popular bar right around the corner and some great food nearby.We did have a fluke where they lost our reservation for some reason, which also happened at a hostel in Lima, so make sure to reconfirm that they have your reservation before your trip. Pisko & Soul is a great place, very friendly people, nice ambient, good location in San Blas neighbourhood, very clean. A place to join travellers and have a nice chat, very relax and fun atmosphere. We have been there ten days, staff is always helping you with recommendations and all the info that you need, you can enter at any time. Free Pisko Sour night on thursday!! We enjoyed the Pisco Sour night and the delightful little breakfast with fellow travels. The staff was fabulous, flexible with our schedule and very gracious. They even reached out to us after we booked through hostel.com to provide guidance on taxis, etc. and extend a welcome to us. They offer free bag storage to returning travelers (great for trekking) and have books & movies available. We would highly recommend this hostel to other travelers. Bethany, from USA ~ 14th Sep 2012

I can't say enough wonderful things about Pisko and Soul! The owners Pedro and Eduardo were amazing hosts. They threw me a birthday party and invited all the other hostel guests, so we were able to make friends with everyone immediately. Aside from the extraordinary hospitality, the location is perfect. It's in the art district and close, but not too close to the main plaza in Cusco. The only downer is that it gets pretty cold, but that goes for all the hostels in Cusco,so bring a warm jacket!
