Clean, with each suite having its own bathroom(s).Dedicated hostel with lots of people my age, feels like there are things going on with bar downstairs too.Location pretty decent, not super close to heart of city but definitely walkable.Friendly (and cute) staff.WiFi is very spotty though.There is landline connection in the lobby but you'd have to pay. Had a little trouble with a stowaway sleeping in our room, but the hostel personnel solved it pretty quickly... the hostel itself was probably the best I've ever been to. Very big, plenty of facilities and very nice staff. I will definitely come back to this hostel the next time I travel to Florence. Don't miss it! Bernat, from Spain ~ 29th Mar 2012

I was quite impressed with Plus. Great staff, laundry room access, swimming pool, roof terrace, large lounge/cafeteria area, cheap all-u-can-eat breakfast. Sometimes you forget it\'s even a hostel but I think a lot had to do with great organization and preparation. They provided towels and even shampoo and soap. The only exception I had was that you have to pay to use the computers Wi-Fi is free. I had the four bed female dorm ensuite it was very spacious and clean.
