Staff were very nice, but the hostel was disappointing. The showers were pathetic: just a dribble of hot water and plugged drains I don't think they are cleaned very often. The sheets and mattress cover, though washed, had bloodstains. Though there were 2 of us, only one towel was provided. We were charged more than indicated on line (about $45 CDN per couple per night) and, though we showed staff the website, they would not change their minds. We loved our stay at Posada de los Angeles.Wish our Spanish was any good so we could have spoken more with the owners but they could not have been nicer or more helpful - especially after our unexpected very late arrival. Gayle, from USA ~ 8th Nov 2012
