Staff was VERY helpfull with me. More than jam and bread, you get a pancake for breakfast (pretty rare!). Clean rooms. The only bad thing is that it's quite far away from the center at the top of a hill. Not a lot of bathrooms. Hubert, from Canada ~ 8th Mar 2013

Nice famlily-like Hostel with nice stuff. It is not located in the very centre of the town Puno but walking there from the City-centre (Plaza de Armas) is less then 10 minutes. Breakfast is great and the facilities are new and clean. Comfortable beds... Brigitta, from Germany ~ 10th May 2012

stay here only for the cheapness!!!! the woman who owned this property tried to over charge us twice.make sure you point out the cost advertised on website&that it states both breakfast &24 hr reception available as this is something else she complained about,us \"turning up late\" even though she told us we could return \"at any time\" and wouldn´t allow us to have our own key. she was rude and unhelpful at best.
