The hotel was a very clean hotel. The staff was not capable of finding a reservation. After offering to provide the confirmationfor the reservation, front desk (customer service) representative declined and proceeded to charge me for full rate. Please resolve. Ulysses, from USA ~ 26th Aug 2012
