The hostel is located in a row of Georgian flats. The room was very comfortable, big, with dining table, couch, kitchen, bathroom. Lots of room! The new managers (I forget their names at the moment) were helpful and friendly and did their best to make us (our family of 4) comfortable.The only comment I could make for improvement: walking directions on the hostel websitebegin at the wrong station and therefore make no sense! Very nice, helpful staff. The hotel's location is very convenient: between Liverpool's two cathedrals and next to shops, bars and cafes of every kind and atmosphere. A place to go back to! Carlos, from Spain ~ 20th Aug 2012

staff were helpful, room was spacious and good value for money, centrally located only about a 5 min walk from lime street station. downside to being centrally located is the area can be noisy at night with pubs/people outside, but not massively an issue - though i was only there on a thursday night - i suspect friday/saturday would be busier! slightly creaky mattresses but not a deal breaker sukhdip, from Malaysia ~ 10th Aug 2012
