Royal Guest House in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The location of the hotel is good with short distance to palace and national museum. However, the hostel itself is so-so. We strongly wondered to pay directly at arrival, the staff exected a tip just at arrival, the room was clean but very basic with very thin and almost torn bed linen. It was not possible to log-in into both hostels WIFI. Security was also so-so with an entrance to the rooms by a side entry not monitored by the reception Less value for money.
