Rucksack Inn @ Temple Street in Siem Reap, Singapore

Like: A. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. B. Everything sounds well organize. C. There has receptionist 24 Hrs. D. Mostly is clean. E. Free three internet at reception. F. Shower room and toilet are seperated. Dislike: A. Seems that bed sheet, blanket sheet and pillow sheet haven't been changed on my stay. B. Only two toilets and two shower rooms aren't enough for many people.

Thank you for your much appreciated review. We actually wash our bed linen on a daily basis, once a guest checks out to prepare the bed for the next occupant. Perhaps it might not look like we change our sheets because we do not iron out the linen after the washing is done, but rest assured that it is fresh sheets for the next arrival. The reason for our limited showers and toilets is due to the space constraint but our guests may pop over to our second branch, Rucksack 2, which is just a few doors away, for their shower if they are in a hurry. Once again, we appreciate your review and hope that you�ve had an enjoyable and memorable stay with us.
