Near Eyre Square and a supermarket zone with Lidl, Aldi,... Also near the town center and the pubs, so excellent situated. Very clean, with maids cleaning all the day: unpolluted. Biggest kitchen in hostels I've ever been, lots of common rooms with sofas, really secure and the most kind staff I've ever met in a hostel. If I go to Galway another time, I'll go there for sure Xavier, from Spain ~ 14th Feb 2013

I was supposed to stay there for 2 days and stayed for 4-5 days. Lovely staff with lot of humor. I was staying in a mix 8 doorm room and had a great time with 4 other roomies around in Galway, but else it was difficult to get to know anyone else. The experience was absolutely terrible. Despite the staff being very friendly and helpful, the room was freezing because air conditioning is not controlled by the room owner but turns on automatically at 8 PM. Additionally, the showers were horrible because of a "water saving" mechanism that forces you to press a button on the wall every 5(!!!) seconds to let water out. Yali, from Israel ~ 24th Dec 2012

This hostel was great! I stayed here for one night and was extremely pleased with my stay. The facilities are quite nice and modern, and the staff were always friendly. A nice hostel in the city center with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was rich. Just the athmosphere could be better, as there was a big noise in the evening in the dining room.
