IF YOU'RE BRINGING BIG BAGS WITH YOU DON'T GO HERE. I got put on the fourth floor with 2 huge bags and there's no elevator... on other counts, the room was very clean :) although i did see a cockroach in the hostel... the employees wanted to help you with your stay but they ran a bar as well which made it tough. regardless, they were very friendly and wanted to help, even if they had other stuff they had to do. if i travel lighter next time, id definitely go back Rachael, from USA ~ 29th Jul 2012

Me and my cousin went to London for three days and slept in an 8 bed mixed dorm. The dorm had quite a lot space and there were more than enough showers/toilets on our floor. In the morning rush hour they weren't really clean, but I think that's acceptable. Security is excellent, because there is a pub on ground floor which is guarded by security. Staff is always friendly, funny and helpful! Located directly at Hammersmith Station it is quite easy to get along! Thanks a lot! Lisa, from Germany ~ 15th Jul 2012

I can clearly recommend the hostel! It was a great place to stay, especially cuz the underground was 2min away and the night bus stopped directly in front of the hostel. The rooms were very clean and so were the showers. The only thing is that there is no AC in the rooms so it can be pretty hot sometimes. But u get a good value for ur money and the breakfast was good as well (toast, cereals, peanut butter, nutella, marmelade, coffee, juice). Hope I can go back asap!
