Everything was fine. but when I arrived at there, the staff said I have to pay $50 deposit by credit card only. My card was not working, so he asked me $100 cash! even though I stayed at there only 1day!($30) I felt very bad at that time, but facility is pretty good. you can use wifi only in lounge that was bad also. This is my favorite place to stay in LA. Nice, clean, easy to find. Open 24 hours (I believe) credit cards are accepted, check in is simple and does not require any special identification or form completion. olena, from Ukraine ~ 8th Sep 2012
