I have booked private room with 2-bed through internet for a 3 nights stay in Summer Tavern during Christmas eve. However, when I arrived, the hostel staff told me that there is no private room left and only able to give me a dormitory room. Hence, I ask them for refund for the balance money that i pay for private room, they reluctant to pay. After talking to the boss, they agree to pay me the balance and credit into my account. However, until now, I havent receive any payback balance from them!
