The hostel is not as close to the heart of St Kilda as we thought, you need to walk for 20 minutes or so (no direct tram) to get to Acland street. If you like clubbing then this is your place, as on Sat and Sunday you'll have a club right under your bed with super loud music until 1am and 12 am respectively. You'll feel the vibration from your room, not to mention the drunkards passing by in front of your door, so so cool! Ah, the best of all is on Monday, when you go to the shower you will stil

The bathroom and toilets were very clean but the rooms weren't vacumed at any time I stayed. The kitchen was pretty mucky but in terms of location if you like the beach, a great place to stay.
