The staff was the best part. My last day the shuttle service did not come through,(which by the way, make sure you tell the staff at least 2 hrs before you have to leave), so the staff paid some of the fee for a taxi. The walls in the rooms were not so clean. The beds were ok, but I woke up very stiff from the pillows. I never had a warm or hot shower in my 4 days there. Thank God there is no winter in Singapore! The Mitraa is a truly friendly place for backpackers. The location is quite good, about a few minutes walk from Farrer Park MRT Station. The Location is good since its just 7 minute walk from both Farrer Park and Boon Keng MRT. The staff are all nice, friendly and accommodating. The place is clean. Had a great time in Singapore and our stay in The Mitraa is fun and memorable. :) Roxanne Mae, from Philippines ~ 1st Feb 2012

Nach anfänglicher Unsicherheit, ob das MITRAA das richitge für uns als Familie ist, waren wir sehr positiv überrascht und haben den kurzen Stopp in Singapore sehr genossen. There is not much more I can say about this place that I did not read before my booking. I think it is a fantastic place to stay in singapur. We actually have repeated there 2 times. the hostal itself is good, but what makes the difference is the staff there. They helped us a lot and allways with an excellent aditude. The prizes received during this time are well deserved. Thank you very much guys for the time we had there. In our around the world trip, you guys are in the top group.
