The man (may have owned it?!) on the desk was very unfriendly. Quick to get angry about a situation I was trying to work out. The place is messy, dirty and not worth the money at all. jemma, from England ~ 22nd Sep 2012

I am not new to backpacking in perth i am an worker not a tourist i have been doing this with the backpackers for more than 5 years i have stayed at about 5 different backpackers this one rates at the second lowest for cleanliness,atmosphere,security and so on . this would be one of the first i have booked on this site otherwises i have booked many on other sites i am by no means a beginer to travel . ps stay at beatty lodge cant go worng . michael, from Australia ~ 27th Jun 2012
