This place is located in the heart of town - really convenient for going to anywhere. The staff are really friendly and helpful,place is clean, safe, comfy,affordable. Its got a bistro/bar downstairs that serves good food at cheaper prices than the tourist traps all around you - this is the place where the average Cordoban locals come for after work drinks and eat. This hostel would improve greatly with three changes. (1) Convert one room on each floor into a shared bath with normal size showers (the existing showers are ridiculously small). (2) Put some comfortable sofas and chairs in the ground floor common area, which could be a very cool lounge/cafe/chill area. The ensuated room for ladies was beautiful, big, very clean. The bathroom also was very big and clean. Though, on the second night, since I didn't make a reservation in advance, I had to move to the mixed bedroom and it was small, very cold, dirty, the bathroom very, very, very small and dirty. I just stayed one night at this hostel but I was very happy with it. The staff were excellent and I thought that it was fairly priced for what it was. It wasn't an amazing hostel but it was clean, in a good location for all the touristy stuff (although quite a hike from the bus and train stations). There are no lockers in the rooms and very few plug-ins, but other than that I had no problems. I would definitely reccommend it to fellow travelers.
