I have to say that the manner of the people in the front desk are quite poor and very rude! They lack of interest to help the travelers is incredible remarkable. The hostel need to teach to these people better behavior of change the those employees. I have to add that the rest of personnel were very really pleasant! Claudia, from Argentina ~ 29th May 2012

This place is extremely quite, the cleaners come every day and the front desk was serius but not too friendly. They don´t give many tips or information to help your stay, ask for it. There is a luggage room, but they have no control of who uses it. The pool is great! In general I liked it, would go again and recomend it. Helenita, from Brazil ~ 12th Apr 2012

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and nice. She was very knowledgeable about the club scene and even found us a place to golf and fixed the remote control to our TV!! This place is a gem. There is a 24Hr Walgreens down the block next to a great place that serves breakfast til 2p La Provance.The only draw backs were in our room (private w/ queen bed)there were no grounded outlets to charge my laptop and free wifi only in the lobby. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. You won't find a better location and value for your money. Stayed with sister in four bed room. Staff were incredible. Everything was clean and outdoor kitchen was a HUGE plus. Will definitely come back. Kudos to management and staff. Tristan, from USA ~ 8th Jan 2012
