The hostel was very well located and easily reachable but the lockers in the rooms were verybasic and VERY tempremental and the shower wasn't clean. The two staff were very nice and hospitable BUT on the saturday night we came back at 0030 and there was noone to let us in (we weren't given a code and the doors were locked) - we called all the numbers but to no avail - 2 hours later the staff showed up (drunk), finding it hilarious that we had been waiting for them. Nice and quite helpful people, easy going atomosphere, ideal location. Bed linen is looks old but still clean. Only one thing I would be concerned about the kitchen facility was not so efficient. The necessecity of calling for someone to put on the fire of the gas table was quite annoying. Definitely need to fix or replace it for the customer satisfaction. Ai, from Japan ~ 12th Feb 2012
